An elastic of 60 metres supported and strained by humans linchpin, along a city path, measures the real participation of the citizenry to an urban cultural festival.
Without managing to hold the test of courage, the mind drifts the thoughts somewhere else letting the heart to collapse, in the hope of surviving.
